Tracking your Order Status
Viewing your account's orders will consolidate all orders made by all employees at your business. This is particularly helpful so that any employee can see any incoming order - in the case that someone else places an order, nobody will be left in the dark wondering what its current status is.
To view the status of your account's orders:
1. Open your Enterprise Dashboard.
2. In the lefthand menu, click "Orders & Tracking".
3. This page will show you all of your orders. By default, it will select your Open Orders.
"Open Orders" are considered orders that have been placed, but not yet shipped - they are in one of our processing states.
Orders that require multiple shipments may still be considered "Open" until all shipments have been placed.
"All" encompasses all orders you've placed with us and will display all orders from any of the previous states.
4. Click the "Currently in Transit" tab to view all orders that have been shipped.
"Currently in Transit" represents orders that have been shipped and are currently on their way to you.
You can view the FedEx or UPS Tracking Status by scrolling the table to the right, and clicking on the displayed Tracking Number:
5. Click the "Delivered" tab to see all orders that have been Delivered.
6. Click the "All" tab to see all orders that have been placed. This shows every order you've made, including all of the ones from previous states.
Please note that depending on your user role, you are able to see different information here.
Account Admins - Account Administrators are able to view all orders placed across the entire enterprise/account.
Parts Managers - Parts Managers are able to view all orders placed across your branch location.
7. If you would like to see additional details about an order, download a PDF invoice, initiate a return or leave a review, click on the Order Number.
This will bring you to a more detailed view of your order.
