Standard Shipping Rates

If your order's under $200 (before tax), shipping costs vary. It all depends on how you choose to ship it and how big or heavy your package is.

Got an order of $200 or more with items marked as "eligible for flat rate shipping"? You're in for flat-rate ground shipping. If you choose a different shipping method, variable rates will kick in.

Big or heavy items that take up extra room or weigh a lot come with extra shipping charges and don't qualify for the flat rate deal.

Flat Rate Shipping Eligibility

Want flat-rate shipping?

1. Make sure your cart hits at least $200 (tax not included) with items tagged as "eligible for flat rate shipping."

2. Click the checkout button when you're ready.

3. Feel free to mix and match! Any product marked eligible qualifies for flat-rate shipping.

4. Keep it domestic! Shipping has to be within the contiguous 48 states to one address to qualify.

Exceptions

1. Got a mix of flat rate shipping items and others that don't qualify? You'll only pay variable shipping fees for the non-qualifiers.

2. If any single item is over 50 lbs, or your total haul is more than 150 lbs, you’ll no longer be eligible for flat-rate shipping. These item(s) will instead tbe shipped via LTL Freight, possibly with some extra fees as per FedEx's rule book.

3. Super important – When your item(s) arrive, give them a once-over for any damage right away. Make sure to mark any dings or don'ts on the delivery receipt to help us help you. Don’t sign a delivery notice without checking your item(s) first! 

4. On delivery day, you may need to have tools like dock doors or forklifts handy if the carrier asks for a hand unloading. You’ll be responsible for any extra fees for these assists, but you're within your right to refuse the shipment.

5. Shipping to Canada? Most times, it's FedEx NDA or 2nd Day. But if it's a ground shipment, remember Canada Customs needs the Canadian recipient to cover any applicable duties and taxes that may include POST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods. There might also be a brokerage fee for handling the customs paperwork on your behalf.
