Issuing a Return
FinditParts understands that "stuff happens", so we have put together the best return policy on the market.
The highlights are:
All products (other than special orders) can be returned for any reason - within 30 days of the delivery date
There are NO restock fees charged to our customers
A credit will be issued within 3-5 days from the date you send the part back (using our provided return shipping label)
A return can be initiated directly from our website or by emailing support@finditparts.com – your choice!
To initiate a return follow these steps:
1. Head to Orders and Tracking in the Menu
2. Click on the order number you wish to initiate a return for
3. Click on "Initiate a Return"
4. On the "Initiate a Return" page, scroll down to "Reason" and "Comments". Use the drop down menu to select a return and input any comments about your order/return. Then click "Request a Return"
Once you have requested a return, one of our customer service reps will review your request and assign you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
We will provide you with a return label once the return has been processed
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the part/parts receipt and inspection and it may take up to 24 to 72 hours to receive your refund
