Enable FinditParts Catalog
Toggle FinditParts Catalog Availability
Before getting started, ensure Manager SE home “splash’ screen to access Toggle Catalog Availability
Within Manager SE go to the Configurations tab at the top of the screen, within the menu select Special Maintenance and Toggle Catalog Availability.
Find the FinditParts Catalog
Toggle the availability to “On”
Click “Save”
Add FinditParts As A Vendor
In the menu bar navigate to Configurations and select Vendor Setup
In the Vendor Setup screen select Add.
Enter in the Vendor’s information
Select Setup Link at the bottom of the screen.
Existing FinditParts User?
Login to your FinditParts account
Click ‘Ok’
Note: If you don’t have default payment set or wish to setup corporate billing call 888-312-8812
New FinditParts User?
Click register
Fill out the from to register for an account
You will then be promoted to call FinditParts customer success team to setup billing and can be reached at 888-312-8812
Click “Ok"
The FinditParts catalog button now should appear in the bottom of the Manager SE screen.
Purchasing Instructions
Billing Setup: Ensure you have set up billing information for your account. Reach out to FinditParts at 888-312-8812 to set this up if you haven’t yet done so on the FinditParts-Mitchell1 landing page.
Adding items to your FinditParts cart
From an active order simply click the FinditParts catalog button at the bottom of the screen
This will reveal the FinditParts Pro interface
Search for your part by part number or keyword
Locate the item you would like to purchase
Select fulfillment warehouse
Click ‘Add To Cart’
Checking Out
Click the cart icon in the top left corner
Select desired shipping option
Click ‘Proceed To Checkout’
Finalizing Order In Mitchell1 Manager SE
The parts ordered from FinditParts will be displayed in the order view along with any other parts you have added to the order. Proceed with the order like you would with any other vendor.
Click on ‘Parts Ordering’
Click ‘Price Check’ to verify pricing
Click ‘Order Parts’ - You will then see the parts have been ordered
Click ‘Ok’ to exit out of the screen
Note: FinditParts’ inventory and pricing changes often. Conducting a Price Check before ordering your parts is required to ensure that the part you have added has the most up-to-date pricing and stock availability. Please ensure you review the updated information after clicking “Price Check”. If a Price Check results in a pricing or availability change, you will be asked to update your order with the latest pricing/stock updates after clicking the “Ok” button. Please select “Update All Fields” in order to keep your Repair Order up-to-date.
Tracking and Receiving your Parts
To check on the status of your parts ordered from FinditParts:
Click on the “View PO” button
Click on the linked Order Number in the “Track Order” column
Here, you will be able to see the Order Details of the order you have placed with FinditParts, including its status and shipment Tracking Numbers, when available.
Once you’ve received your parts, make sure to follow the steps below to complete your procurement process.
Click on the “View PO” button
Click on the PO
Click “Receive All”
Click “Close PO”
